Data we obtain as part of the recruitment process will come directly from you, from referees or from Occupational Health providers.

Your data will be used to form the decision making as part of our recruitment process. Our reasons for processing your personal data under GDPR relates to processing necessary for the performance of a contract and so we can comply with our legal obligations as your employer.
Your data will be shared internally with the hiring manager and HR team.
We will request permission separately to share your data externally for the purpose of obtaining references and Occupational Health assessments.
Retention:
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory accounting, or reporting requirements.

Successful Candidates - Data will form part of their employment record and will be retained as described in the internal GDPR policy. Unsuccessful Candidates - Your details will be held for no longer than 6 months.
Our Privacy Policy will be updated as necessary to reflect any changes in regulations.
