By joining the TWINO Investments team as a Technical Support Specialist you will support work together with the customer support quickly get to the root of the client’s problems. You will work with the TWINO customer service support team to ensure high communication and support standards to TWINO clients. If you have genuine interest and passion to take customer experience to the next level, we have the perfect job for you!


Your responsibilities

  • Working together with the customer support quickly get to the root of client’s problems
  • Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
  • Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
  • Managing multiple cases at one time
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
  • Update the existing procedures according to the timeline and updates in the software
  • Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks


What we are looking for

  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Prior experience in tech support, helpdesk, or a similar role
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with clients
  • Orientation on customer service and very high standards of customer service
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Very good English language skills

We offer flexible and competitive terms of employment and a competitive remuneration package.  The salary range for this position varies from 1200-1800 EUR gross depending on the skill set, experience, and other competencies.
