Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to lead our Information Technology (IT) service offerings, including internal and external audit, data governance, cybersecurity assessments, compliance reviews, and other related services.


As the lead Partner/Director you will work with the leadership team to set the strategic direction of our service offerings, building a qualified team, overseeing client engagements, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.


This role requires a deep understanding of IT risk management, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, combined with strong client relationship skills.


You will play a key role in expanding our IT service offerings and leading a team of experts to drive value for clients.

Responsibilities

Service Offering Leadership

  • Define and lead the IT services portfolio, encompassing IT audit (, data governance, cybersecurity assessments, compliance reviews, and advisory services.

Client Engagement and Advisory

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior management and board members on IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance matters.

Service Delivery and Quality Control

  • Oversee the execution of IT audits, cybersecurity assessments, data governance programs, and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements to high quality.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including auditors, cybersecurity specialists, and compliance experts.

Thought Leadership and Innovation

  • Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to continuously evolve and improve IT service offerings and develop thought leadership content.

Business Development and Growth

  • Collaborate with leadership and business development teams to identify and pursue opportunities to grow the IT service portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Proficient knowledge of IT governance frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
