Loylogic is looking for a **doer** - a high-performing **Senior Marketing Specialist** who thrives in execution, writes with clarity and impact, and owns results. You’ll take full responsibility for building and running digital campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads (MQLs), strengthen our brand presence, and drive real growth.
Reporting to the VP, Go-to-Market Strategy, you’ll operate with autonomy and urgency - executing everything from SEO and paid campaigns to content and PR, while coordinating with selected agency partners where needed. You will also evolve our SEO approach for the AI-first era - leveraging semantic SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and LLM-optimized content strategies to ensure our brand is surfaced by search engines and AI-generated answer tools alike.
- Personally build and execute a full-scale SEO and lead generation strategy to drive high-quality B2B prospects.
- Ensure Loylogic ranks #1 for key industry search terms in loyalty rewards, incentive marketplaces, and engagement solutions.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO, semantic structuring, and AI-first content strategies including AEO and LLM optimization to drive visibility across search and AI-generated answers.
- Execute Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising, remarketing campaigns, and email automation to increase inbound pipeline.
- Develop data-driven multi-channel campaigns to attract and nurture high-value B2B leads.
- Build high-converting landing pages and optimize user journeys for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Establish Loylogic as the leading authority in global incentive marketplaces.
- Develop and execute PR, media, and industry engagement strategies to increase visibility, strengthen brand positioning, and secure high value speaking opportunities and media features.
- Create compelling content (whitepapers, webinars, reports) tailored to senior decision-makers in target industries.
- Own and maintain / refresh the Loylogic brand guidelines and be the internal champion of enforcing companywide usage by all templates and guidelines
- Analyze key competitors and execute strategies to outperform them in digital visibility and lead capture.
- Track customer motivation trends, employee incentives, and channel loyalty strategies to refine marketing efforts.
- Provide input and progress reports to the VP, Go-to-Market strategy for the Loylogic annual marketing budget
- Work closely with the VP, Go-to-Market Strategy to align execution with GTM vision, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership.
- Take full ownership of campaign performance metrics and inbound lead quality - reporting on marketing’s contribution to commercial outcomes.
You first six months will focus on:
- Achieving consistent inbound MQL flow from core verticals.
- Establishing clear ROI tracking across all digital campaigns.
- Launching a positioning refresh for our top products.
- Creating a repeatable campaign playbook for lead generation and brand authority.
