We are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to focus on consistently contributing NFI and developing candidate networks. You will focus on working in specialist market vertical sectors to become the go-to individual and subject matter expert within your chosen markets. 

The role

  • Identifying candidates using various technologies and tools including Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, press, data services and other social/online media
  • Developing relationships with new and existing candidate talent pools via networking and become a go-to player/subject matter expert in this field.
  • Contributing to business development through research of target clients, lead generation from candidates and shadowing senior colleagues in client meetings
  • Achieving consistent KPI activity and NFI billed against monthly targets
  • Sharing market information with colleagues globally
  • Recording activity appropriately on Bullhorn
  • Writing and posting own job adverts
  • Utilising Bullhorn to organise, record and code candidate information
  • Updating managers on candidate pipeline and progress against each live job that has been allocated for candidate sourcing


  • Effective candidate qualification
  • Open questioning and active listening
  • Influencing, controlling and gaining commitment from candidates
  • Understanding relevance of offshore wind market information and utilising this
  • Effective use of technology including LinkedIn, Bullhorn and Cube 19 to search, record data and understand own pipeline and performance
  • Problem solving skills in order to resolve difficult or sensitive issues with candidates
  • Successfully engaging passive candidates when headhunting
  • Proactively ensuring consistent achievement of Key Deliverable targets
  • Managing time effectively to achieve deadlines
  • Developing market knowledge and talent pools within specific verticals in offshore wind
  • Tenacity and resilience
  • Motivated to succeed by actively seeking constructive criticism and flagging challenges to line manager rather than line manager identifying concerns
  • Successfully gaining referrals during candidate conversations and headhunting to engage these candidates
  • Professional conduct both in and out of the office environment
  • Team player actively sharing knowledge and information globally
