WE ARE LOOKING FOR A COMPLIANCE OFFICER TO JOIN OUR GROWING LEGAL, RISK & COMPLIANCE TEAM IN THE US

Monevo, part of the multi-award winning Quint Group, is one of the world’s largest lending marketplaces and platforms, enabling over 150 lenders to access over six billion dollars of consumer credit applications annually.


Due to the phenomenal growth of our US business, we are looking for a Compliance Officer to assist our Legal, Risk and Compliance Manager in delivering the compliance program.


The Compliance Officer assists the Legal, Risk and Compliance Manager in developing, implementing, testing and administering Monevo's compliance program to ensure organization-wide internal controls are in place.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Legal, Risk and Compliance Manager in carrying out the compliance monitoring plan.


Review financial promotions in line with industry and regulatory standards


Assist with formal and informal complaints.


Assist with the creation of compliance reporting.


Assist with management of new partner onboarding and ongoing legal & due diligence efforts.


Collect and organize relevant regulatory agency directives, memoranda, interpretive rulings, laws and regulations.


Conduct compliance research and analysis of new/pending laws and regulations, maintaining a working knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations.


Assist with internal and external compliance training.


Assist in evaluating the adequacy of business policies, procedures, training and reference materials, system and manual processes.

Key Skills

2+ years of experience in compliance and/or audit in the financial services/Fintech sector.


Good working knowledge of consumer finance regulations (UDAAP, ECOA/Reg B, FCRA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA). 


Knowledge of other consumer banking and lending regulations that aid in developing guardrails for the business.


2+ year college degree or certification preferred.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Strong attention to detail.


Outstanding research, analytical, and problem solving skills.


Hard working and flexible to meet the business needs and the demands of working in a fast-paced environment.


Ability to develop rapport and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
