We are multinational, award winning, Fintech company operating in the consumer credit sector where our market leading technology meets the various needs of our consumers and affiliates within the UK, USA and Australian markets.

You will be working as a part of our dynamic team with fellow developers based in the UK and Overseas, building and maintaining a multinational platform, connecting Consumers with Credit Providers.

The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering the product roadmap including both new developments and feature enhancements to existing products based on business objectives or customer needs. This person should be a champion within the organisation to deliver training on new features and developments and work with internal stakeholders to define the key objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Developing products and leading the product lifecycle from conception to release to support ongoing business growth and align with our strategic objectives

Defining the key features, specifications and requirements of the products to ensure that they are fit for purpose and meet the objectives

Working alongside the development and data teams to deliver the products

Analysing usage of the products and systems to suggest improvements

Keeping track of industry developments and key competitors to ensure that we retain a competitive advantage

Create and maintain documentation

Working with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and prioritisation

Assisting with the wider business to deliver training and documentation on new product developments

Understanding the business metrics and key drivers for success

Essential Skills

Collaboration across multiple business units (data / operations / technology / development and compliance teams)

Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Prioritisation of the roadmap

Experience of agile working methodologies and product management tools for effective prioritisation and management

Driving continuous improvement

A demonstrable history of working in a fast paced technology environment

Self-motivated and organised

Nice to have

Any exposure to working in a regulated environment or a Fintech background would be beneficial

Experience of managing and working with data sets

Experience of Google Analytics
