Business Analyst

And now we are looking for a Business Analyst who will actively participate in and lead the development of challenging projects using software development best practices. We are looking for a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills who like complex analytical tasks.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives 
• Devise, document and analyze business requirements 
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications 
• Contribute to the design, documentation and maintenance of system processes 
• Facilitate negotiation of requirements among multiple stakeholders 
• Create functional specifications for proposed solutions 
• Analyze complex business problems and develop appropriate IT solutions 
• Work on system design elements, business rules, wireframes and other detailed deliverables 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the lifecycle

• ·Understanding of payment methods, payment gateways and the crypto/blockchain industry 
• Experience or strong understanding of cryptocurrency-related products and services 
• Ability to analyze, explain, evaluate and prioritize requirements 
• Ability to draw conclusions and make decisions independently 
• Knowledge of requirements elicitation, prioritization and estimation techniques 
• Previous experience as a business analyst in an IT company or department is desirable 
• Experience working with Jira 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies; experience with Scrum is a plus 
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, meet tight deadlines and maintain a positive attitude
