We are recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced individual to take the Chapel Down brand to the next level. You will be an integral part of a small brand team responsible for the execution of Chapel Down’s marketing strategy. You will deliver integrated marketing campaigns and lead social media activity to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement and commercial growth. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent delivery of impactful brand plans across all touchpoints.

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive individual with a proven track record in Consumer Marketing for a premium/luxury brand. If you excel in using consumer insights to develop breakthrough marketing campaigns and working with agencies and internal teams to get them brilliantly executed, we want to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Development of our annual Brand plans
• Through a deep understanding of our brand proposition and up-to-date consumer and customer insights, fully contribute to the development of annual Brand plans which deliver our brand and commercial objectives
• Maintain the annual brand activity calendar, ensuring alignment across all marketing channels
• Responsible for tracking and reporting on relevant KPIs
2. Campaign & Content Development
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, tourism and retail channels, including assets to support Chapel Down’s international expansion
• Plan, create and deliver engaging social media and digital content that supports brand growth and consumer engagement
• Brief and manage creative and digital agencies to deliver high-quality campaign assets and content, as well as generating some of the content yourself
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise activity based on actionable insights from performance metrics
3. Brand Management and Brand Guardianship
• Act as a guardian of brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communications, packaging and marketing materials.
• Create and maintain product information, presentations, brand materials and sales tools, ensuring all content remains accurate, compliant and on-brand.
• Support the ongoing development of brand positioning, messaging and storytelling.
• Manage brand asset libraries and ensure all materials are current and accessible across the business.
4. Build strong relationships and efficient ways of working
• Work closely with wider Marketing team, as well as Commercial, Tourism, Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful delivery of brand initiatives.
• Provide brand expertise and support for wider business projects and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure all brand activity aligns with company objectives, commercial priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the brand at relevant events
5. Budget Management
• Manage allocated brand marketing budgets, ensuring activity is delivered within approved expenditure levels.
• Monitor and track marketing spend, maintaining accurate budget records and forecasts.
• Work with the brand team to support annual budget planning and investment recommendations.
• Evaluate campaign performance and return on investment to inform future spending decisions.
