As Program Sales Manager, you are part of the Program Sales team and will have the privilege of defining the sales vision for Pointspay and designing and executing the sales plans to make it a reality. You will ensure our target programs are aware of the innovative and exciting Pointspay proposition.

What you will do

  • Prepare and conduct presentations for companies that are active in loyalty or affiliate programs.
  • To executing market analysis, trends identification and content.
  • Leading end to end sales processes: right from negotiations through signature;
  • Daily collaboration with sales, consultants and marketing teams to generate leads through the preparation, execution and follow-up of meaningful b2b marketing campaigns.

What you will need

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Engineering and Communication or similar to this.
  • General sales experience in software especially related to one of the areas: e-commerce, retail loyalty management, aviation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, French/Dutch
  • Energetic, curious and a motivated person.
  • Customer centric mindset: push cold contracts from seed, over lead status to accounts.
  • Experience in working with global clients
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to efficiently allocate your cognitive resources to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks, both large and small.
  • Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
