Business Development Manager
We are seeking a detail-orientated Business Development Manager with experience in the Fenestration industry to join our dynamic team.
The Business Development Manager for the Rocal Group and BDC Aluminium will play a pivotal role in overseeing sales objectives, setting goals, and ensuring a consistent flow of desirable new opportunities in alignment with the company's vision.
This position will be instrumental in promoting and delivering group sales strategies to drive the company's growth objectives. Key responsibilities include leading sales plans, developing existing key accounts and identifying new business opportunities utilising the Company’s CRM System.
This is a primarily field-based role serving our national customer base, with 3-4 days per week on the road, and 1-2 days per week in our office in Witham, Essex, or at home.
