BIO Graduate Programme

Advance your career while advancing medicine

The Medicine Accelerator includes APC – the world’s leading pharmaceutical process engineering research and development company, and VLE Therapeutics – leading the development of manufacturing processes to bring medicines to market in record time. Together, APC and VLE are The Medicine Accelerator – helping ensure that patients get the medicines they need as quickly as possible.

The Medicine Accelerator delivers specialist process solutions and proprietary processing technologies for both small and large molecules to the international pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. These unique process solutions eliminate process engineering barriers, reducing the associated time, cost, and risk during the development, manufacture and supply of life-changing medicines.

The organization integrates its solutions across the entire lifecycle of pharmaceutical compounds from route design to process development, commercialization, manufacturing, and market supply optimization. Our sister company VLE Therapeutics was founded in 2021 to realize decades of breakthroughs in manufacturing, analytical, and process science to help forge alliances that launch the world’s most exciting vaccines, CGTs, and advanced therapeutics in record time.

As perpetual innovators and disruptors in the process development and GMP manufacturing space, we're constantly cultivating new talent and enhancing our capabilities. Our Graduate Programme allows recent graduates to gain direct industry experience across multiple teams to gain a wider understanding of the organization while deciding which role best suits their career path goals.

We are seeking a biological sciences graduate to join the Innovation team to support the development of downstream processes for advanced therapeutics. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and optimization of purification processes, working alongside experienced scientists and engineers in a laboratory environment.
