We are looking for a Group Tax Manager to ensure the tax compliance and tax efficiency of the Group. You will join a highly professional finance team which has a successful track record in dealing with various complex cross-border tax matters.


What will you need:

  • Higher education in a Finance or Law 
  • At least three to five years of experiences as a tax specialist, with a focus on direct taxation and transfer pricing matters. Preference will be given to candidates that can supplement previously mentioned expertise with an indirect taxation as well
  • Knowledge of international tax laws and regulations
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Proficiency in English and Latvian at a professional level 
  • Ability to make decisions independently within the scope of competence 
  • Ability to work with and lead if necessary external tax specialists


What you will do:

  • Lead group tax related projects covering different countries, requiring close communication with group colleagues and external parties
  • Prepare group transfer pricing policies
  • Be deeply involved in yearly tax reporting for the group’s headquarters in Luxembourg
  • Ensure that DAC6 reporting requirements are followed within the group
  • Review and update group tax policies and tax related internal procedures
  • Assist finance teams in case of tax audits and annual financial audits covering tax-related inquiries
  • Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies for new products, mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions
