We are seeking to appoint a Project Manager based in the US to join our dedicated Project Management team.


The focus of this role is to work with the Head of Global Project Management, Project Management Team and Study Team to ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects or programmes of work, by application of project management principles and implementation of project management methodologies and processes.


This role is home based and therefore we require you to have a set up at home that allows you to work comfortably. This includes an appropriate desk and chair (excl. IT equipment which we will provide). By proceeding with your application, you are confirming you are able to do this.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Successful delivery of the study from start-up to close-out
  • Lead start-up process
  • Conduct study feasibility and site selection
  • Collation, submission and finalisation of regulatory and ethics submissions and amendments
  • Effective contract oversight and scope management

Requirements

KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 3-5 years industry experience including at least 1 year in Project Management roles in clinical trials within a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotech setting (essential)
  • Degree or similar related life science qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Good knowledge of the drug development process, associated regulatory and ICH GCP guidelines and their application to clinical trials
  • Detailed and proactive approach to risk and issue management
  • Good time management skills for working within a fast-paced environment
