Product Design Manager UX/UI (all genders welcome)

• The Product Design Manager (Team Lead) will drive user experience strategy across our Sports & Gaming products, ensuring seamless, user-centered design that aligns with business goals and customer needs.

• Leading a team of senior UX/UI designers and a UX writer, this role will optimize usability, engagement, and conversion through insights, A/B testing, and data-driven improvements.

• Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, this role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can influence senior leadership, drive high-quality design execution, and develop a high-performing team in a highly collaborative environment.

• The ideal candidate has a strong background in UX/UI design, leadership, and strategic thinking to shape the future of our digital experiences.

• Define and Drive UX Strategy – Establish a user experience vision and design principles that align with business goals and customer needs across Sports and Gaming products.

• Lead & Mentor – Manage & develop a team of senior UX/UI designers & a UX writer, providing guidance, feedback, and growth opportunities.

• Team Processes & Rituals – Enhance team workflows, design critiques, and cross-functional collaboration by implementing effective workshops, rituals, and best practices that drive efficiency & creativity.

• Leverage Insights & A/B Testing – Work closely with the Insights and A/B Testing teams to integrate user research, analytics, and experimentation into design improvements.

• Optimize Usability, Engagement & Conversion – Continuously refine user flows, interaction patterns, and accessibility, improving the overall digital experience.

• Lead initiatives of significant scope, complexity, and responsibility – Collaborate with the team on critical design initiatives, ensuring high-quality UI/UX outcomes.

• Influence Senior Leadership & Cross-Functional Teams – Advocate for user-centered design and present research-backed recommendations to key stakeholders, ensuring UX is a core part of product decisions.

• Push Design Innovation Forward – Explore emerging trends, new technologies, and creative solutions to evolve our design approach and enhance the digital experience.

• University degree in a Design/Interaction related field is an advantage.

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI/Product design.

• Mandatory at least 3 years managing a Team of designers.

• Experience in the gambling industry is a significant plus.

• Experience in FinTech is an advantage.

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and measurable impact is a must.

• Expertise in user research, A/B testing, and analytics-driven decision-making.

• Proficiency in Figma & design systems.

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in English is mandatory. German is definitely an advantage.

• A self-sufficient professional who takes ownership of projects & tasks, ensuring high standards are met independently

• Competitive annual base salary starting from € 85.000,- up to € 95.000,- adjustable to your level of experiences.
