As a paralegal, you will get practical experience in providing legal related services, including:

• Assist with the establishment of entities in Thailand.
• Assist with filing documents with government offices.
• Prepare applications for VAT registration.
• Assist with preparing applications for BOI promotions, Foreign Business Licenses, and business permits, etc.
• Assist with preparing applications for visa and work permit for expats.
• Ensuring compliance on corporate secretarial matters such as annual general meetings, shareholder’s meetings, updating share registers, change of corporate address, etc.
• Legal research in rules and regulations related to client's business including monitoring and updating law and regulations.
• Coordinate with the government offices, banks, clients, and other relevant stakeholders to complete the assignment.
• Administrative work, such as opening job codes, issuing invoices, etc.

• Legal background - Bachelor’s degree in law is a plus but not essential.
• Thai nationality.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the legal field.
• Ability to communicate well with multiple stakeholders.
• Good command of English.
