About The Role

The Supplier Excellence Manager will be responsible for elevating the knowledge and operational standards of our sellers across Europe. You will be working with thousands of scrap yards across multiple countries, offering them guidance on our frequently changing service. As we need to communicate with our sellers in an effective and clear way, your job will be to educate them continuously. Success in this role will be measured by decrease in contact rates, early churn of suppliers and improved retention and inventory value.

In This Role You Will

  • Develop educational materials for scrap yards and keep them up to date
  • Figure out what are the most efficient distribution channels for those materials
  • Own and execute the distribution 
  • Work with 3rd parties that support our scrapyard growth strategies including national and regional associations, warehouse management system providers and others
  • Strategically lead multiple projects while embracing the fast pace of our company

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience working in a similar role (preferably in a marketplace company or in an operations management, customer support or online education role)
  • Demonstrated sound business judgment with previous experience in using data to drive business decisions and using scalable channels to drive change 
  • Outstanding project management skIlls
  • Experience creating newsletter with HTML would be an advantage
  • Experience working with mass email and text messaging services as well as call centers
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills
  • Startup (all-hands-on-deck) approach

The offered salary range for this position starts from 2500-4100 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
