Job Brief

We are looking for an English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Riga. This is a full-time shift-based position where you will provide fast, friendly, and professional support to our global customer base. If you enjoy problem-solving, can stay calm under pressure, and want to develop your career in the fast-paced fintech and cryptocurrency industry, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via chat or email.
  • Handling customer complaints and providing solutions within the set time limits.
  • Providing accurate and complete information using the right tools.
  • Documenting and reporting technical issues to the IT team.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.


Requirements

  • Fluent in English, and good knowledge of Latvian
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and discipline.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging customer situations.
  • Interest in the cryptocurrency industry and willingness to learn more about it.
  • Availability for shift work, including weekends (7:30–15:30; 15:30–23:30; 23:30–7:30, etc.)
