Our team is growing to meet the demands of the ever expanding renewables sector and we are seeking an ambitious, driven, and hard-working Associate Consultant to join our team May 2023 onwards.

As Associate Consultant, you will work closely with various members of the US, Brazilian, Spanish and UK teams, with responsibility for providing a best-in-class experience for all candidates you work with.

Role overview

• Candidate generation, interviewing and relationship management
• Client coordination and process management
• Market research - researching, inputting and updating relevant information

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Candidate generation: Sourcing candidates using various technologies and tools including Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, press, data services and other social/online media as well as managing advert response
• Detailed candidate screening and qualification through in-person, video conference or telephone candidate interviews
• Managing candidate relationships throughout interview processes
• Utilising Bullhorn to organise, record and code candidate information
• Proactively managing candidate pipeline and reporting to within the team on progress against each vacancy that has been allocated for sourcing
• Regularly interface with client contacts to track progress on recruitment processes
• Identifying any opportunities for new business development through conversations with clients and candidates or market research
• Assisting Taylor Hopkinson's research function in mapping key talent pools

• Consistent achievement of KPIs including candidate meetings, CVs sent and 1st interviews
• Meeting weekly activity level expectations
• Operating with the highest standards of behaviour to maintain Taylor Hopkinson’s reputation in the onshore renewables market

• Strong spoken and written communication skills; open questioning and active listening for effective candidate qualification.

• Understanding the relevance of market research and intelligence and utilising such information
• Effective use of technology systems and tools; prior knowledge of LinkedIn, Bullhorn and/or Cube 19 to search, record data and understand own pipeline and performance would be a plus
