As a B2B Sales Manager (m/f), you will acquire new online merchants operating in and/or delivering to Netherlands based on Pointspay’s sales plan and pipeline. You are capable of developing exceptional personal relationships with the decision makers of our future customers, progressing with tailored value propositions in a complex sales environment and successfully close multi-million dollar contracts throughout your sales career. You will report to the Head of Partner Sales Pointspay.

What will you do

  • You will use your network of top performing e-commerce/online merchants of Netherlands or know how to find them and get in touch
  • You will actively contribute to developing sales plans and strategies in order to develop business and achieve the sales targets
  • You will compile information and data related to customer- and prospect · You will provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • You will monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team
  • You will generate leads, negotiate and close deals in-person and via virtual meetings
  • You will prepare merchant contracts and follow up with the Partner Management team in order to contribute to exceeding customer expectations and high level of customer satisfaction
  • You will use your experience presenting and representing companies towards new partners
  • You will precisely track and follow-up record in sales in our CRM system

What will you need

  • To be successful in this role, you need to be a results-oriented, who has a “can do”, positive attitude, combining a solutions-orientated mind-set with a highly collaborative approach.
  • Fluent in Dutch & English (other languages are a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in sales, ideally in the payment/loyalty industry
  • Passion about for establishing and expanding long-term business relationships based on partnership
  • Wide deep industry knowledge of the digital payment sector and/or loyalty industry
  • Highly commercial and strategical Commercially driven with a strategic mindset, firm in contracting partnerships and deals
  • Experience in working with big companies leading eCommerce businesses, especially in Netherlands.
  • Ability to influence and work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong team player
