THE ROLE
As a Front of House team member, you will have a “home department” where you will do most of your hours, we're looking for someone to join us in the Shop/Cafe. In addition to your “home department” you would also work across the other FOH areas to help support the teams demands.
In the Shop, you will be providing an amazing level of customer service and enthusiasm with your knowledge of climbing equipment, shoes and all other great products we have available for our climbing community.
In the Cafe, you will be providing a high level of customer service and good knowledge of our sustainable produce and food products while ensuring our community have great coffee and food available to fuel their climbs!
We're looking for an enthusiastic team member to join us 20-30hrs a week in the Shop with some shifts in the Cafe. The ideal candidate would have open availability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This is a part time permanent role and will be paid at £13.15/hour.
