  • Strong understanding of sports and betting (correlation between markets, ability to explain changes);
  • Good knowledge in mathematics, knowledge of probability theory;
  • Understanding of risk-management;
  • Ability to react fast to changes and possible mistakes;
  • Someone who thrives under pressure. Enjoys working when the heat's on;
  • Ability to work on weekends and holidays;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English and Russian.


  • Monitoring of markets, lines, and bets;
  • Increasing effectiveness of the company using technologies of monitoring and risk management;
  • Cooperation with colleagues and partners for improving line and increasing effectiveness; 
  • Control of sportsbook content (events, technical issues, etc.);
  • Clients support, cooperation with user's support and technical support in case of any problems; 
  • Risk management reports during the shift;
  • Make recommendations to improve the product or risk management process (limits, personal limits, delays).
