WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

The Digital Workplace Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of digital workplace initiatives to enhance collaboration, employee experience, and technology adoption across the organization. This role will manage global teams and oversee the development and implementation of digital workplace solutions, ensuring seamless user journeys and exceptional end-user experiences. The role demands a strong blend of leadership, technical expertise in Microsoft 365 and identity management solutions, and superior communication skills.

  • Digital Strategy and Leadership:
  • Lead the design and execution of digital workplace strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and develop a global team of Content Creators, Identity Managers, and Workplace Engineers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Center of Excellence.
  • End-User Experience & Journey:
  • Enhance the digital employee experience through intuitive and efficient tools and platforms.
  • Map and optimize the end-user journey, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Communication Tools:
  • Oversee deployment and management of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva).
  • Drive communication strategies that support the adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM):
  • Ensure secure and seamless user access by managing Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and other IAM solutions.
  • Implement best practices for identity lifecycle management, authentication, and access controls.
  • Technology Adoption & Change Management:
  • Lead adoption initiatives for new technologies and processes across global teams.
  • Develop training programs and content in collaboration with the Content Creator to support user enablement.
  • Utilize user feedback to refine digital solutions and drive user engagement.
  • Technical Oversight:
  • Provide strategic oversight on end-user computing, including device management, application deployment, and IT support models.
  • Ensure system performance, security, and compliance of digital workplace platforms.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as a key liaison between IT and business units, ensuring alignment on digital workplace initiatives.
  • Engage with leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within digital workplace or end-user services.
  • Proven experience in managing global teams and delivering largescale digital transformation projects.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, IAM solutions, and end user computing environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to integrate user feedback into content development processes.
  • Experience in digital content creation and instructional design.
  • Proficient in creative tool suites (e.g. Adobe Creative, Camtasia, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • ITIL Foundation and Service Now familiarity (desirable)
  • Reporting-oriented proficient use of Real Time Collaboration Tools (MS Teams / Microsoft Viva Stream)
  • Experience in user experience (UX) design and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel support systems and self-service improvement strategies.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and educational program development.
  • Open/Closed source creative Suite (Adobe Creative, Camtasia, Canva, etc.)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English for stakeholder management
  • Demonstrable experience of liaising with multi-cultural teams across multiple time zones
