Risk Analyst

As a Risk Analyst, you will be in charge of designing and continuously improving risk control processes across the whole TWINO group. As a part of the risk management team, you will contribute to TWINO's evolution to the next level risk management.

• Define and implement new and maintain existing lending rules across lending products in the TWINO group
• Monitor credit portfolio quality
• Collect, process, and analyze business data related to credit risk management
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc business data analysis related to credit risk issues
• Communicate with external partners, including, credit bureaus, regulators, and other state institutions regarding external data exchange and fraud case investigation
• Develop and maintain business data monitoring reports
• Interpret data to support business decisions

• Good SQL knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills
• Good understanding of credit risk management process
• Experience in consumer fraud prevention or AML activities is an asset
• Experience in credit risk management in banking or non-banking financial institution is an asset
• Experience and understanding of financial products and services will be considered as an advantage
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline
• High level of spoken and written Latvian, English
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
• Results-driven with the ability to take initiatives, handle multiple tasks, shift priorities and meet deadlines

We offer flexible and competitive terms of employment and a competitive remuneration package. The salary range for this position varies from 2000-2600 EUR gross depending on the skill set, experience, and other competencies.
