You need to read and agree on the following Terms & Conditions, regarding your application with us:
I understand that receipt by National Energy Holdings or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, the "Company") of this employment application does not imply that I will be employed. I further understand that only specific authorized representatives of the Company have any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing.
I agree that I am not a party to any agreement or obligation (except as disclosed previously in this application), including but not limited to those relating to confidential business information, trade secrets, and/or noncompetition, which would interfere with or restrict my ability to perform any and all duties and obligations should I be employed by the Company.
I understand that my employment with the Company may be contingent upon my taking and passing several assessments, that may contain a physician examination administered by a physician of the Company's choosing, passing a criminal or credit background check, and/or passing a drug and alcohol screen. I authorize the Company to obtain a reference check regarding me for employment purposes as part of the pre-employment background investigation and at any time during my employment, as permitted by applicable law.
I certify that all statements made by me on this application are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I have withheld nothing that would, if disclosed, affect this application unfavorably. I understand that misrepresentation in any part of the application process may render me ineligible for employment consideration, result in the revocation of an employment offer or, if I am already employed, result in the termination of my employment.
