Pointspay is developing the future of spending and collecting loyalty points or miles when shopping online. Thanks to Pointspay, members of participating loyalty programs can shop at their preferred online shops and pay for their basket in points (or miles) or pay with cash and collect points towards their next reward.


Pointspay is the inventor of MarPay™. We bring a unique combination of growth marketing (affiliate) and payment to the e-commerce industry by connecting online shops with millions of affluent members from global leading travel and banking loyalty programs.


As the Head of Advertiser/ Affiliate Sales, you are leading a team of Advertiser/ Affiliate Sales Managers. You will have the privilege of defining the advertising sales strategy for Pointspay and turning your vision into reality together with your team of hunters.

Your key tasks

  • Hire, lead and grow your sales team across countries
  • Set, forecast and report against ambitious sales targets
  • Develop, test and adjust your sales process (via HubSpot)
  • Develop, test and adjust sales collateral
  •  Define powerful marketing strategies with the CMO
  • Deliver engaging presentations to global leading advertisers (i.e., online shops)
  • Acquire and sign advertisers on profitable business models
  • Handover signed advertisers for implementation and growth management
  •  And more to meet our agile business needs …

Your core skills

In addition, important skills include:

  • Fluency in business English is mandatory: one additional European language is preferred
  • 5 years of proven, recent sales experience in a relevant environment (e.g., growth/affiliate marketing)
  • Understanding of advertising, e-commerce and/or payment industries
  • Strong track-record of sales success in a leadership role
  • Excellent relationship and networking skills
  • Energetic, excellent leadership skills
  • Motivated, self-starter who can work independently
  • Confidence in representing Pointspay at conferences and events
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Process thinking and attention to detail
  • Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities
