Engagement Program Consultant (Sustainable Living)

We are seeking a highly skilled and pragmatic consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing loyalty or engagement programs for clients, as well as a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and technology.

We use our expertise and knowledge of market trends to create effective and award-winning engagement programs for brands.

The Engagement Program Consultant will be part of the Loylogic Consulting Practice. This team consults and works closely with prospects and clients to identify and shape effective engagement concepts. We then design, build and operate a tailored program solution. We use a mix of technology, incentives, and operational services to create custom engagement solutions using our Incentivized Engagement Journey (IEJ™) framework.

We are currently working on a very exciting project with a high profile client, creating a completely new, global engagement program focused around sustainable living. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone with deep consulting background, passionate about sustainable lifestyle and with ideally strong experience in (loyalty) marketing.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and design engagement programs to meet their needs
• Conduct self-guided market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends to support strategy
• Analyze client businesses to determine how incentives can improve profitability, efficiency, or other measures of success
• Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients on how to best launch or optimize their programs
• Learn, apply and enhance Loylogic’s (proprietary) Incentivized Engagement Journey (IEJ ™) Methodology
• Develop business cases to fully support the engaging concepts you create
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, continuously working to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Present concepts and strategies related to IEJ for improving business performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology, continually looking for new and innovative ways to drive Incentivized Engagement for clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology and operations, to ensure engagement program recommendations can be successfully implemented
• Be flexible in your approach as it may be necessary to work with other consultants or clients to define the strategy.

• Consulting background (experience with customer loyalty is a strong plus)
• Experience in identifying suitable consulting engagement opportunities
• Experience in strategically positioning of a consulting practice
• Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program design and implementation
• Strong knowledge of customer loyalty, user experience and relationship management principles
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs for clients
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to think strategically and provide creative and innovative solutions to clients
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in gaming and web3 is a plus.
