What You’ll Do

🧩 Own the full sales cycle – Engage with multiple personas across cybersecurity and risk teams to become their trusted advisor

📞 Be FANATICAL about PG (Pipeline Generation) – Love building new client relationships daily. Always on PG mode, from demand gen to strategic workshops

🎯 Lead value-driven outcomes – Bring strategic client POVs to early meetings. Help map pain points to metrics and business outcomes

⚙️ Accelerate the GTM – Work closely with founders and GTM leads to shape Cytidel’s world-class playbook

Must Have Experience

✅ 3 – 7 years of Enterprise SaaS OR Software Sales in high performing environments across domains such as Cyber security, Cloud or IT infrastructure

✅ Knowledge of the buyer cycle or can demonstrate the skills to quickly ramp into to being highly credible

✅ Expertise in leveraging Data Intelligence from best-in-class tools: EXAMPLE Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot or market equivalent to drive Demand Gen

✅ The last 3 years selling with defined methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger. MUST be able to demonstrate a data driven approach to selling

✅ Track record of using Value Creation toolsets to build strong 3 Why’s around a business case leading to high impact business outcomes

Package & Location

💰 €70K base salary + 60:40 OTE structure + accelerators

🗓 6-month ramp with milestone incentives

🪙 Staged equity based on quota attainment

🌍 Remote based with Dublin HQ for priority team building & collaboration sessions

✈️ Ability to travel to UK 50% + of the time monthly (The target hubs will be Ireland – Manchester – Birmingham – London)
