Accounting Assistant

Requirements

As an Accounting Assistant, you will operate as part of the team within the line of service and at times across the practice. You will assist the team in providing quality client services, meeting business objectives, supporting other priorities.



Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and relevant reconciliations (i.e. Bank, AR, AP, Fix Asset Register, and details of other balance sheet accounts), depending on size of the clients.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly tax returns (PND. 2, 3, 53, PP. 30).
  • Assist in preparation of annual financial statements preparation and filing with Department of Business Development and Revenue Department.
  • Deliver all tasks on time and with quality.
  • Coordinate with auditor and government officials, when needed.
  • Perform any other related assignments.


Experience & qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • New grad to 1 year experience in accounting field
  • Good command of Excel
  • Good command of both Thai and English
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Thai National
