Matchday Hospitality Host

As we build up for an exciting 2026 season, Yorkshire County Cricket Club are looking to recruit a number of Match Day Hosts to help deliver our hospitality experiences throughout the season. The hospitality hosts team are responsible for delivering a warm welcome and proactive approach to our hospitality guests throughout the cricket season.

This role will support the delivery of our T20, Hundred and international fixtures throughout the season. The successful candidate will work across matchdays on the dates listed and help ensure the smooth operation of these events. Full fixture details can be found on the Club website here.

What this role will include:

• Welcoming our hospitality guests and helping with check in
• Helping to set up hospitality suites ahead of a match day
• Assisting with guests during the match with matchday information
• Creating positive memorable experiences for our hospitality guests

Please note: this is not an exhaustive list and the role may be required to undertake additional roles and responsibilities as identified from time to time in order to meet the ongoing requirements of the company.

• An ability to make people feel great about their day through your own proactive approach from start to finish
• Able to provide excellent customer service to our customers
• Proven track record of being trustworthy, reliable and conscientiousness.
• Experience of being a team player who thrives when working alongside others towards a common goal.
• Happy to work independently when required.
• Willingness to undertake physical work to maintain the facilities, including tidiness of the stock rooms.
• Willing to work evenings and weekend hours.

Although previous customer service experience is not essential, it is beneficial for this role.
