Adobe Experience Manager(AEM) Developer

At Redev Technology Ltd, we are looking for an Adobe Experience Manager Developer with strong Java/J2EE background to develop/manage applications and API integrations with backend systems

You will be part of a talented software team based around Italy, UAE and UK that works on mission-critical applications, providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.

• 5+ years of experience in AEM Content Management (CMS), in development of CMS portals or JAVA/J2EE applications (HTML, CSS, JQuery, Angular JS)
• 3+ years development experience with AEM/CQ5
• 3+ years of experience with Agile SCRUM development
• API Integration (REST/SOAP) of AEM CMS with CRM, E-commerce systems or other portals.
• · Performance optimization and scalability in AEM
• Shaping, building, integrating and deploying tailored AEM technology solutions to meet business requirements.
• Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of relevant WCM platforms such as Adobe AEM (Sites and Assets).
• Possess technical knowledge of how AEM works, its architecture & integration approach with various other systems.
• Experience of creating OSGI bundle, CQ Components, Workflow
• Good understanding and work experience of Java Frameworks (like Struts, Spring etc.)
• Knowledge of CRX and Apache Sling
• Knowledge of various AEM components like Tagging, Translation, Search etc.
• Experience of Migrating content from one legacy system to AEM
• Web service implementation experience
• SEO optimization
• Understanding of various Adobe cloud services which can be integrated with AEM
• Fluent Italian

Preferred:

• Adobe Experience Manager certifications (or equivalent).
• Knowledge and expertise in integrating AEM with other Adobe Experience Cloud Products or any other non-Adobe systems.
• Solid understanding of integration methodologies and the design principles.
• Working with JCR API, Sling web framework & models, Apache Felix OSGi framework, HTL/Sightly, DAM and Workflows.
• Administering the AEM system.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Java EE and Restful services.
• Worked in software engineering roles.
• Experience in AEM Backend Development.
• Experience in Cloud Computing and Network architecture is a plus.

• Depending on your residence and willingness we offer the maximum flexibility between a Permanent Contract within Italy domain or Contractor Agreement for Italy, the UK and UAE.

• Daily rate: Competitive! We’ve got options from Junior to Senior, an offer is produced right after the interview based on your expertise

• Monthly rate is averaged @ 21 working days / month

• Yearly daily rate / bonus terms review.

Bonus: 

• Every end of the year IF the team reaches its goals during the previous 4 quarters. Objectives are reviewed every 3 months (end of March, June, September, December).
