You will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive Project Management across commercial, residential, public, and private sectors. Requirements

To lead, develop and assist with the provision of project management services; including technical advice, pre and post contract project management services.


  • MCIOB qualification or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. MRICS). 
  • Proven experience in delivering program management.
  • Ability to set project direction aligned with business goals, inspire teams, and drive performance across multiple projects.
  • Deep understanding of construction methodologies, design coordination, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Skilled in budgeting, cost control, value engineering, and maximising profitability while delivering quality.
  • Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and resolving issues before they impact timelines or budgets.
  • Proficient in managing various contract forms (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, etc.) and ensuring the commercial success of projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage complex project timelines, ensuring milestone achievement.
  • Ensures projects adhere to regulatory standards, health & safety requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Capable of leading through change—whether in scope, schedule, or resources—while maintaining team focus and morale.
  • Clear, concise communicator with ability to report progress, challenges, and strategies to leadership and clients.

The position will require an element of travel to fulfil the requirements of the role, so having a full clean driving licence would be desirable.
