We are looking for an Assistant Accounting Process Manager to help achieve profitable growth in this fast-developing market.

What you will need: 

  • Interest in the data analytics field
  • Finished courses specializing in data analysis
  • Proficiency using Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOT, SUMIFS, etc.)
  • SQL knowledge (can be basic, an intermediate would be preferred)
  • Accounting/finance experience would be considered an advantage 
  • Knowledge and experience with IFRS, audit and reporting processes would be considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in English 
  • Sense of humor, can-do attitude with hands-on approach

What you will do: 

  • Assist the Accounting Process Manager in daily work and on ad-hoc tasks
  • Monitor local financial statements submission process and deadlines in the various jurisdictions, assist when needed to solve accounting and reporting issues
  • Ensure that the reporting statements are submitted in time, according to the guidelines
  • Perform analytical reconciliations for accounting data
  • Apply the knowledge gained from data to suggest controls to prevent operational errors
  • Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key metrics (we are working with Power BI & redash.io)
  • Be the data and analytical lead on various projects and work closely with different teams across the company
  • Assist when setting up new business product development from accounting perspective other one-off business projects and be always ready to dig into the details
