Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a full-time English speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is essential in providing outstanding support to our global customer base, ensuring fast, friendly, and professional service. • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via chat or email.
• Handling customer complaints and providing solutions within the set time limits.
• Providing accurate and complete information using the right tools.
• Documenting and reporting technical issues to the IT team.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.

• Fluent in English, and good knowledge of Latvian
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and discipline.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging customer situations.
• Interest in the cryptocurrency industry and willingness to learn more about it.
• Availability for shift work, including weekends (7:30–15:30; 15:30–23:30; 23:30–7:30, etc.)
