What it is
We are excited to bring on someone to stand up and nurture our newest partnerships. The Partnership Success Manager will drive business growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence through our PBM and non-health plan partners. This position reports to our VP of Sales. Our preference is for the Partnership Success Manager to be based in our Encinitas, CA office, which is only a block from the beach!
What you’ll do
- Develop collaborative relationships with our PBM and non-Health Plan partners, owning the strategic relationships for 9amHealth
- Drive revenue from the relationship by continuously exploring strategies to maximize partnerships
- Analyze and report on partner performance, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics to drive partner engagement and revenue growth
- Help build and manage new processes and dashboards for driving partner success
- Develop relationships with the relevant partner teams (sales, marketing, customer success, etc) and deliver on partnership requests
- Collaborate with the 9amHealth marketing team to develop partner-focused collateral, including case studies, white papers, and presentations
- Proactively identify opportunities to refine sales processes with internal and external teams
