Marketing Manager

We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Manager to join Mogo Lithuania. In this role, you will take the lead in driving brand growth, creating innovative strategies, and managing impactful marketing campaigns for two brands – Mogo and Renti – to help our business reach new heights.

• Develop and implement a powerful marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and resonates with our target audience
• Define and establish order in the marketing function, aligning actions with your vision and company goals
• Collaborate closely with agencies to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital and traditional media
• Coordinate content creation across social media, our website, email, and SMS campaigns
• Monitor and analyze marketing activities, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
• Plan and manage the marketing budget with a results-oriented approach
• Work with other departments to achieve shared business goal

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in marketing, preferably within the financial sector
• Complete ownership of the marketing department and decisions
• Hands-on approach on all projects, ready to be directly involved in execution
• Deep knowledge in marketing strategy, brand development, and campaign management
• Skilled in analyzing marketing data to make strategic decisions
• Proactive approach to implementing bold, innovative ideas
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, eager to embrace change, and committed to growth
• Fluent in Lithuanian to connect effectively with the local audience
