Recruitment Consultant - Onshore Hydrogen

Due to our continued growth within our business we are now looking for a Consultant to join our Onshore Renewables to support the Hydrogen Team, the ideal candidate will have some entry level experience or come from a Sales background (although not essential) be driven, ambitious and hard working. We have a Team of very experienced Consultants who can mentor you and an excellent training programme which will allow you to focus on developing candidate networks. You will focus on working in this specialist market vertical to become the go-to individual and subject matter expert within your chosen markets.

• Identifying candidates using various technologies and tools including Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, press, data services and other social/online media
• Developing relationships with new and existing candidates and clients and networking through to map specific vertical markets.
• Sharing market information with colleagues globally.
• Recording activity appropriately on Bullhorn.
• Identify business opportunities whilst delivering an exceptional service to existing clients.
• Updating managers on candidate pipeline and progress against each live job that has been allocated for candidate sourcing

• Renewables and or Recruitment experience beneficial but not essential
• Engineering Degree or Awareness of the Renewables market advantageous
