We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics manager to manage stock, oversee delivery operations, and handle customs clearance while ensuring smooth RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) processes to our headquarters in Lithuania.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and efficient inventory flow;
  • Plan and manage delivery schedules, liaising with logistics providers to ensure on-time shipments and resolve any delivery issues promptly;
  • Handle customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with UAE and international regulations, and oversee the return of RMAs to headquarters in Lithuania with accurate documentation;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on stock availability, delivery timelines, and RMA queries while addressing concerns to maintain strong relationships;
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, customs activities, and delivery performance, and generate regular reports to support decision-making;
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improving supply chain, logistics, and customs processes to enhance operational efficiency and minimize risks;
  • Collaborate closely with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory);
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and RMA handling processes is a plus;
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software is an advantage;
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is highly desirable.

  • The salary range for this position starts from 7,000 AED and is negotiable based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
