Recruitment Specialist

And now we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist, who is ready to be a part of a talented international team. 

• Independently manage and take care of various Human Resource processes - recruitment, sourcing, headhunting, staffing, onboarding etc.
• Take ownership of various recruitment projects and participate in wide range of diverse and engaging HR initiatives
• Implement HR practices and develop processes involving recruitment
• Ensure the best candidate and employee experience
• Participate in strategic planning, building a strong employer brand, developing HR policies and procedures, and maintaining compliance with procedures and policies in place
• Work with experienced colleagues in an enthusiastic team of professionals

• Good command of MS Tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and are willing to develop and improve your digital skills
• Fluent in Latvian, English and Russian
• Self-motivated and open-minded person who is eager to learn and grow
• You possess critical thinking and are a problem-solver
• You always pay attention to details and are able to work within tight deadlines in a demanding environment
• You can find a common language with different types of people
• Proactivity, ability to show initiative and suggest various solutions

• University degree (can be last year / course student) in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
• Successful previous work experience as a Recruitment or HR Specialist is desirable
• Experience in Payment or Fintech industry and/or IT Recruitment will be considered as an advantage
