As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a talented and proactive Digital Marketing & Design Manager to take ownership of our digital presence, content creation and marketing activity. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating, building and improving marketing assets while helping generate leads and support business growth. This is a varied role that combines digital marketing, website management, graphic design and content creation. You'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing activity across multiple channels, helping to strengthen the ADE Power brand, generate enquiries and support our commercial objectives. Working closely with our sales and business management teams, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we communicate with customers while delivering practical marketing activity that drives results.

Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns
- Manage PPC campaigns including Google Ads and remarketing activity
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search visibility
- Monitor website performance, traffic and conversions
- Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
- Support lead generation and enquiry development
Website Management
- Manage and develop company WordPress websites
- Create new landing pages and campaign pages
- Improve user experience, conversion rates and lead generation performance
- Coordinate website updates, content improvements and ongoing optimisation
- Contribute to future website development and enhancement projects
Content Creation
- Create and publish engaging website content
- Develop case studies, project stories and customer success content
- Gather information, photography and supporting material from projects and teams
- Produce email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Create marketing content for trade shows, events and product launches
Graphic Design
- Design digital and printed marketing materials
- Create advertisements, brochures, datasheets, presentations and social media graphics
- Produce artwork for signage, exhibition displays, stickers and branded materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets
Social Media
- Manage company social media channels
- Develop content calendars and publishing schedules
- Create and distribute engaging content
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth
Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and business managers to support commercial objectives
- Review lead generation data and campaign performance
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and industry developments
Requirements
Essential
- Experience managing and developing WordPress websites
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience running and optimising PPC campaigns
- Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Illustrator
- Content creation and copywriting skills
- Social media management experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Please note that as this is a hands‑on, collaborative role, it is fully office‑based at our South Kirkby site.
Working hours
The working hours for this position are 37.5 hours per week, from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1:30pm on Friday. The business is closed for Bank Holidays, and we also enjoy a shutdown every Christmas until after the New Year.
