Treasury Manager

And now we are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Treasury Manager, who will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's liquidity and investments, ensuring efficient cash flow management, and supporting various treasury operations. This role involves close collaboration with the company's management and finance team to enhance financial performance through effective liquidity and investment portfolio management and strategic planning.

Liquidity and investment portfolio management:

• Monitor daily cash flow and maintain optimal liquidity levels.
• Propose and manage short-, mid- and long-term investments in line with company's set risk levels .
• Fiat and virtual currency position management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant counterparties.
• Contribute to the company's liquidity, investment and financial risk management and strategy.

Safeguarding responsibilities:

• Implement safeguarding measures in accordance with supervisory regulations and requirements.
• Maintain and update safeguarding framework documentation.
• Report any safeguarding breaches or issues to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.

Reporting responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain liquidity, investment and financial risk reporting framework (liquidity, counterparty and FX risks covered).
• Develop and prepare reports for the company's management on portfolio performance.

System Management and Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in treasury management.
• Support the implementation of new treasury systems and technologies.

Collaboration and Support:

• Collaborate with various departments, including AML and IT, to support business initiatives.
• Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by the company's management.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in treasury, investment portfolio management, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
