YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY



As a Visual Designer in our marketing team you will work closely with Marketing Project Leads and Senior Designers to conceptualise and create various designs for online and offline marketing initiatives using existing brand guidelines and component libraries.

We are really interested in seeing the work you have done and the process behind it, so make sure to include examples of your work when applying.

• Design landing pages, social media and blog content, presentations, emails and print work while relying on existing brand guidelines and design system / component library.
• Follow through the work you have done and check the quality and adherence to brand identity of the final result
• Contribute to our design culture as a whole and offer new ideas for improvement to our systems and workflows and advocating high quality design within the company.

• Appreciate the technical side of design craft and have high demands for quality
• Love learning and staying up to date on what is going on in the design industry
• Are eager to receive feedback and collaborate with internal stakeholders to get to the best result  
• Can present own work and explain the design decisions you have made
• Know when to spend time on details and when to just ship stuff quickly
• Know how websites and printers work and how to prepare your work for handoff
• Can think in systems and patterns and follow guidelines in a consistent manner
