Description

We are seeking to appoint a Proposal and Reconciliation Manager to join our dedicated Feasibility and Proposals team.

 

The Proposal and Reconciliation Manager will be responsible for the coordination and development of early and late phase proposals/budgets as well as support in creating and maintaining a reconciliation process. Good time management skills are must in this busy role along with adaptability, great communication and a keen eye for the details.

Requirements

KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. A degree in scientific discipline with the relevant experience may be considered.
  • At least a Level 2 Association of Accounting Technicians qualification, or equivalent (desirable)

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in financial reconciliation and/or budget preparation, preferably within a clinical research or healthcare setting
  • Experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and financial software is a plus

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
