As a growing HR transformation boutique consultancy, Veran Performance is looking to bring onboard individuals who are passionate about digital transformation projects. This role is the ideal opportunity for an individual with 2+ years of experience in transformation, looking to progress their PMO and Project Management career. Specific experience in the deployment of Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll products is desirable.

Description of role:

The PMO & Project Delivery Consultant role supports the Delivery Directors and our clients by providing the coordination, tracking, monitoring and reporting of project activities. This includes but not limited to the management and adherence to project management standards and project documentation i.e. status reporting, project plans, risk and issues and preparation of steering group and committee updates. This role would also be responsible for the project management for elements of or smaller workstreams of broader programmes.

We're looking for people who have

  • Previous experience of a PMO or Project Management role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., SmartSheets, MS Project, JIRA).
  • Certified in a project management framework (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • This role is ideal for an someone wanted to progress their career within project and programme management with 1 to 2 years experience.
