About the role

As a DevOps Engineer at Ovoko, you will be working with the newest technologies in a growing team. Having knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker and AWS you will have a mission to make our software reliable, available, and performant.

In this role, you will

  • Apply DevOps methodology and tools in conventional or Cloud environments
  • Work with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
  • Implement automation for various engineering processes to maximize delivery efficiency: CI/CD pipelines for web, data processing, kubernetes cluster administration
  • Deliver measurable impact, track outcomes, and bring continuous improvements to dramatically boost our team’s impact
  • Consult product engineering teams on technology decisions, launch experiments for new technologies, and bring in time tested software where adequate

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps and/or infrastructure related roles
  • Experience in scaling projects where infrastructure requirements regularly increase
  • Practical knowledge in how to operate, maintain, troubleshoot and create Kubernetes clusters
  • Experience in core AWS services
  • Experience in working with Ansible, Terraform (nice to have)
  • Experience in building CI/CD pipelines for web applications
  • Ability to effectively contribute to architectural discussions
  • Self-learner, eager to develop domain specific knowledge as business goals change

The salary range for this position starts from 3500-6000 € (gross) per month.
