Integrations Executive

At intent.ly we have a single piece of JavaScript running on 1,000s of retail websites to deliver our range of products designed to help our clients retain users and provide useful analytical data about their website

We are looking for a Support & Integrations Executive who wants to join our vibrant team and help us support our clients. As a Support & Integrations Executive, you will possess enough skills to jump straight into the role and help us with supporting our clients with bespoke requirements, QAing our campaigns and creating solutions to help our client services and business development teams deliver exciting campaigns for our clients. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Client Success & Sales teams to design and integrate all campaigns integrations for Clients websites.
• Provide an efficient interface for all clients and specialists and deploy various integration processes and administer all programming components to facilitate various growth activities.
• Supervise various activities for all integration of our tech solutions and ensure adherence to technical architecture and maintain implementation processes.
• Provide support to the Client Success, Tech & Sales Teams and ensure appropriate integration of various technologies such as SQL server and provide support to plan and manage various SQL Server databases.
• Perform troubleshoot on all production & Campaign issues and recommend appropriate solutions for fixes.
• Administer all support requests and prepare updates to the team to coordinate all progress and movements with tickets in our CRM. 
• Maintain knowledge on all new technology and provide required training and coordinate with various teams to provide support to all newly acquired clients.

Your Core Skills:

• Excellent understanding of JavaScript
• Excellent knowledge of HTML
• Superb Knowledge of CSS
• Excellent understanding of different browsers including mobile devices



• Understanding of any AWS skills will be beneficial
• Good Understanding jQuery
