We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management System (QMS) Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving process optimization across the organization. 


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Ensure thorough understanding and implementation of ISO 9001:2015 standards within the organization.
  • Demonstrate leadership, ensure commitment, and integrate QMS into organizational processes.
  • Oversee QMS implementation, monitor compliance, and facilitate audits.
  • Oversee training for staff on ISO 9001 principles, focusing on areas such as document management, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate QMS goals, policies, and procedures effectively across all organizational levels, ensuring full awareness of customer requirements and quality objectives.
  • Take proactive steps to improve processes, identify innovation opportunities, and participate in corrective actions when necessary.
  • Develop and manage QMS documentation, ensuring it remains up-to-date and compliant with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities that impact product/service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead internal and external audits, providing evidence of compliance and addressing audit findings effectively.
  • Align quality objectives with the organization’s strategic goals, ensuring all processes meet both organizational and regulatory requirements.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards, including the seven quality management principles and their application (e.g., customer focus, leadership, process approach).
  • Understanding how ISO 9001 interacts with legal, regulatory, and customer requirements relevant to the organization.
  • Previous experience in the implementation of ISO 9001 and familiarity with regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey QMS goals, policies, and procedures across all levels of the organization.
  • Capability to promote awareness of customer requirements and quality objectives.
  • A proactive approach to process improvement and problem-solving, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Willingness to participate in corrective actions when nonconformities are identified.
  • A thorough understanding of the organization’s context, processes, and stakeholder needs.
  • Awareness of how quality objectives align with the organization’s strategic direction.
  • Understanding of risk-based thinking and its application in QMS processes.
  • Ability to identify risks and opportunities affecting product/service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and contribute to internal and external audits, address audit findings effectively.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining QMS documentation, including quality policies, procedures, processes and records of monitoring and performance evaluation.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business, engineering, or quality management.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality management systems or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 interactions with legal, regulatory, and customer requirements.
  • Experience with internal audits and QMS documentation management is a plus.
  • Experience in the implementation of QMS in diverse organizational contexts is preferred.
