Eleving is on the lookout for a Senior System Administrator. You will be part of the Group Infrastructure team responsible for mission-critical infrastructure management in all operational countries.
What you will need:
- O365 service administration experience (Azure AD / SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, MS Teams, MS Intune)
- Windows systems administration experience (Windows server / Active Directory / Group Policy)
- Advanced networking experience (TCP/IP, IPSEC, VPN, VLANs, Routes, etc.)
- Network firewall configuration experience
- Experience with Endpoint and Mobile device management system implementation and administration (will be considered as an advantage)
- Experience with AWS or Azure service administration (will be considered as an advantage)
- Cloud networking experience (will be considered as an advantage)
- Mikrotik administration experience (will be considered as an advantage)
- Checkpoint Firewall administration experience (will be considered as an advantage)
- Good general and topic-related English and Latvian
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Availability to travel for field trips outside Latvia if necessary
What you will do:
You will be part of the Group Infrastructure team responsible for mission-critical infrastructure management in all operational countries. This includes:
- Administration of Windows server / Active Directory / Group Policy’s
- Administration of O365 / Azure AD / SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, MS Teams
- Administration of Azure resources (VMs, Networks, etc.)
- Endpoint Management solution selection, implementation, administration, fine-tuning (Microsoft Intune)
- Mobile Device Management solution selection, implementation, administration, fine-tuning (Microsoft Intune)
- Working with External User Support providers in countries to resolve user issues (2nd line only)
- Endpoint Protection Solution administration and incident investigation
- Network equipment administration (CISCO Meraki) and deployment coordination for new locations
- Backup management, Patch management
- Different day to day tasks concerning internet domain renewal, certificate renewal, etc.
- Plan and execute different projects related to infrastructure management and service delivery improvements
- Work with service partners on service requests related to IP Telephony and IP surveillance
