By joining the TWINO Investment team as a 

Platform Operations Specialist 

you will ensure smooth operations of TWINO Investment platform, support clients by addressing all platform-related questions and ensuring a seamless user experience. You’ll work closely with our technical support team to maintain high standards and resolve issues efficiently. If you're passionate about delivering excellent service and enhancing the customer journey, this role is a great fit for you! 

• Monitor the platform’s functionality and content, manage configurations, and take action when issues arise. 
• Oversee the listing and administration of financial instruments, ensuring they function correctly within the platform. 
• Assist new clients with account setup and ensure their onboarding process is smooth and efficient. 
• Communicate with clients via email and live chat, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on how to use the platform effectively. 
• Proactively identify potential issues that may affect client experience and suggest improvements where possible. 
• Collaborate with the Technical Support and Legal/AML teams to resolve any client-related or operational platform issues. 
• Maintain and update the platform’s technical content and documentation to keep it accurate and accessible. 
• Prepare necessary data reports to the Bank of Latvia, State Revenue Service or any other official institutions in compliance with regulatory requirements. 

• Bachelor’s degree (could be still in progress)  in Economics, Business, or Finance 
• Great communication skills, critical thinking, and client-orientation. 
• Motivated, self-starter, who is able to collaborate effectively and is willing to learn 
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment 
• Very good Latvian and English language skills.

The salary range for this position varies from 1 700- 2000 EUR gross depending on the skill set, experience, and other competencies. In addition:
