Communication manager

Ruptela is looking for Communication manager to join our talented and driven Marketing team.

We provide fleet management solutions based on GPS tracking and real-time vehicle monitoring and control. We develop and manufacture full solution and provide it along with in-depth knowledge and support. This way we help organizations worldwide to manage their property effectively, save resources and environment with a key focus on exceptional quality.

We believe that building close relationship with our customer is key, therefore our Marketing team is closely involved – helping to attract new clients, getting to know their needs and doing everything that is possible to create the biggest value for their business. Client Centricity is rooted in our culture that is why we are looking for a driven Communication manager who is willing to shake things up and take an extra mile while striving for the best results.

• Develop and implement communication strategies that build brand identity, strengthen brand awareness and contribute to generating leads.
• Copywriting – create engaging concepts and content within tight timelines across variety of mediums (web, online and offline advertising, promotional video scripts, sales collaterals, blog articles etc.).
• Generate compelling content for various social media platforms.
• Plan and execute effective email campaigns.
• Manage PR agencies and PR activities across all countries we operate in.
• Contribute to building and executing internal communication strategy.
• Monitor and report results of all communication activities.
• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to maximize the value of our solutions to our customers.

• 2+ years of experience working as a Communication Manager or in a similar role.
• Fluent spoken and written English – preferably native-level.
• Proven successful experience in crafting content for different audiences and channels.
• Experience in IT field is an advantage.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders with different points of view.
• Ability to manage work, organize information and deliver on deadlines, particularly while working on multiple projects simultaneously.

The salary range for this position is from €2100 (bruto) per month. As Ruptela is an equal opportunity workplace, the precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on one’s qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
